Urethane Cement Technology is a popular high-performance floor system. At Dura Bond we offer a wide variety of urethane and epoxy solutions for different applications, including VOC compliant urethanes and odor free urethanes.  The benefits of this flooring system include cost efficiency, long-term protection of surfaces and improved look and aesthetics.

  • Moisture Tolerance: Urethane cement will tolerate up to 99% relative humidity or 20 lbs. of moisture vapor.


  • Thermal Shock and Heat Resistance: Urethane cement will move very similar to the concrete substrate under heat and thermal shock stresses.


  • Impact Resistance: Impact loadings are spread throughout the system under heavy point of impact exposure. The system will not crack or fracture but only dent or deform and not affect the integrity of the flooring system.


  • Chemical Resistance: Urethane cement is very resistant to lactic acid, a byproduct of meat and fish and will resist chemical exposure to the system.
